1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 3 Pati Gold platform in any capacity — whether to browse, deposit, play games, place sports bets, or interact with any feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of 3 Pati Gold regardless of how they access the platform, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. They apply to all products offered on the platform, including casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and any other features made available now or in the future.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and that they also meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use 3 Pati Gold, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3 Pati Gold does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform in any way.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active account on 3 Pati Gold. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms via a self-exclusion arrangement that is currently active.

3 Pati Gold reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any account holder at any time. If verification documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, access to the account — including withdrawals — may be restricted until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your 3 Pati Gold account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, regardless of whether you authorised that activity or not. To protect your account:

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members. Each person must register their own account.
• Do not allow anyone else to deposit, play, or withdraw on your behalf using your account.
• Log out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held on your account are accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or other information changes, update your account accordingly. Outdated information can delay withdrawal processing and verification.

3 Pati Gold will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 3 Pati Gold are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform. The available methods and their processing times are displayed on the Deposit page.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are your own and have been obtained legitimately.
• You are not using a payment method that belongs to someone else without their explicit authorisation.
• You understand that deposits are made for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary depending on the method used and are outlined on the Deposit page. 3 Pati Gold reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if:

• Your account has not been fully verified.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
• Outstanding wagering requirements from a bonus are not yet complete.
• A technical issue is under investigation that involves your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3 Pati Gold offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the promotion when it is made available.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Eligibility criteria will be stated per offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, household, or IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in its terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless specified otherwise.
• 3 Pati Gold reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or manipulating gameplay to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games, live casino tables, and crash games on 3 Pati Gold are provided by third-party game studios under licence. Each game has its own in-game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) figures which are accessible within the game itself.

By playing any game on the platform, you accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by real-time dealer actions for live casino games.
• 3 Pati Gold does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Technical malfunctions void all related plays and bets. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the hand or spin in progress will be treated as void and the stake returned to your balance.
• Demo or free-play mode is available for most non-live games and does not involve real money.

If you experience a technical issue during gameplay — such as a disconnection at a critical moment — contact the support team immediately with as much detail as possible, including the game name, time, and your account details. The support team will investigate and respond with a resolution.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section at 3 Pati Gold covers cricket, PSL, T20 international fixtures, Football, Esports, and other sports as made available on the platform. Bets may be placed pre-match or in-play depending on the event and market.

Key sports betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are outlined in the Sports section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and data feed availability. Bets placed after an event has concluded — even if caused by a delay in the data feed — may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market apply and are displayed in the betting interface.
• 3 Pati Gold reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors in odds, which includes cases where odds were materially incorrect due to a technical or human error.

Cricket markets including international Test matches, One Day Internationals, T20s, and Pakistan Super League fixtures are covered with a range of pre-match and in-play options. If a PSL or other cricket match is interrupted by weather or other factors, settlement will follow the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3 Pati Gold and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the betting system.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you without explicit authorisation from the owner.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion arrangements.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward support staff or other platform users.

3 Pati Gold actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice. Any funds linked to fraudulent activity will not be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

3 Pati Gold is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages responsible play. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment, and we want every player to maintain healthy habits around how much time and money they spend on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no charge, directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limits take effect immediately when applied and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before they come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time limit for each gaming session. The platform will alert you when your chosen duration has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours up to six weeks. During a cool-off, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

3 Pati Gold reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period — inactive accounts may be closed after 12 consecutive months of no login activity.
• At the request of the account holder via the self-exclusion or account closure process.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. In cases where the closure is not due to a breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — the account holder may request withdrawal of any legitimate balance prior to closure.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bets or wagers at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course, and any resulting winnings or remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.

12 Limitation of Liability

3 Pati Gold provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted, 3 Pati Gold will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to follow these terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to protect their credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by the actions of third-party game providers or payment processors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

3 Pati Gold may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address held on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
